Come join us at IN SPIRIT LIVING for a LIVE Music Yoga class starting on Thursdays at 6:30 PM - 8 PM in January 2010

The Yoga Studio is located at 560 Broadway #202, Long Branch, NJ

Come experience a unique mix of music and yoga to create a mind, body and spirit connection.

The class will incorporate a spirited, creative, physical exploration of oneself with, laughter, fun, music, movement and joy.

We also hold twice monthly drum circles at at 7:30 PM every second and forth Friday. We are starting a new Meditation Through Music class every Sunday at 11:45 AM and we presently have a well attended Meditation class every Monday evening at 7:45 PM.

We also offer multiple yoga and pilates classes.
