Mayra L. Rinaldi is Appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Governance and Culture by Columbia Financial, Inc.

As of early December, Columbia Financial, Inc. and Columbia Bank are pleased to announce the appointment of Mayra L. Rinaldi as Executive Vice President, Corporate Governance and Culture of the Company and the Bank.

Mayra Rinaldi has a strong company background and many years of experience. She joined Columbia Bank in 2000 as a bank teller in Linden and quickly rose to Assistant Branch Manager in Edison. In 2011, she was promoted to the newly created position of BSA/AML Supervisor. In 2013, she was appointed Officer and in 2014, Rinaldi served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Governance.

"With over 20 years of experience at Columbia Bank, Mayra is well positioned to ensure the Bank remains true to its mission and traditional philosophy," said Thomas J. In her new role, Rinaldi will continue to oversee the Company and the Bank and will also oversee the Company's and Bank's regulatory and SEC compliance requirements, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, which includes monitoring the effectiveness of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, as well as community support initiatives.

Rinaldi's strong background and work experience make her a wonderful fit for Columbia Bank's Executive team.
