A source of empowerment for women and Italians, and leading as an entrepreneurial businesswoman, Rosanna Imbriano began her non-profit organization, Sempre Avanti, with the primary goal of supporting the Italian community. Imbriano was born in Italy and used her pride and admiration for her country and culture to build a platform where Italian individuals, businesses, and organizations can seek the resources they need to thrive. Located in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, Sempre Avanti is a resource center for Italians that provides various services, such as products, information, and translations, and develops meaningful partnerships with different companies all in order to serve the Italian community.

Rosanna Imbriano isn't just the founder and executive director of Sempre Avanti, but also holds an impressive background through her expertise in marketing strategy, business consulting, and public speaking. She has an extensive history of entrepreneurial work starting from 1982 where she owned a health spa in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Imbriano is also the owner of R.I. Consulting, LLC, located in Cedar Grove, New Jersey, which she began in 2001. It serves to help businesses and nonprofits design and develop strategic marketing plans in order to grow and succeed. Additionally, Imbriano speaks at various events where she shares her knowledge on marketing and developing strategic campaigns and alliances. She's been involved in several nonprofit boards and holds numerous esteemed awards which she has earned throughout her career.
