Congratulations to Kim Guadagno on her election as the first Lieutenant Governor of the State of New Jersey. We know problem solving  will be a challenge and we wish her the best as she and newly elected Governor Chris Christie tackle reigning in government spending and corruption  -  as well as unemployment.  What advice do you have for the newly elected team?
