Rebecca Freed Interview

Rebecca Freed Interview

Once again, Garden State Woman has the pleasure of introducing you to another New Jersey woman leader.

Rebecca M. Freed is a Newark attorney with a very specific area of interest.  Her expertise centers around helping clients identify how to interact within the varied laws and regulations governing political contributions.  Not only are there state laws, but each state (ie New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania) is different.  She has found that often clients do not fully understand the limitations to political contributions.  She has graciously met with us and given an overview of career and personal life.

Rebecca can be reached at Genova Burns Giantomasi & Webster, 494 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102  Her email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Founded over twenty years ago, Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster represents many of the premier companies and business interests in the region. The firm's commitment is to provide its clients with representation at the highest standard of excellence but in a mid-size, regional setting. Unlike today's "mega"-firms, Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster, while large enough to provide a full range of expertise and practice areas, is small enough to service the business client in a personal, relationship-oriented manner. The firm's culture is based on providing excellent communication and service to our clients, and we understand that we are ultimately defined by the quality of our client relationships.

Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster has strategically located offices to assure clients complete coverage. The unique geographical footprint of the firm straddles "the pathway" between Wall Street and Center City, Philadelphia. The firm's main office is in Newark, New Jersey's largest city and its business hub.

The present day Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster is the result of a long-term vision of the founders to create a law firm that would not only provide excellent legal services to the business community but which also would be very much a part of the political and business community structure at the state and local level. It is a main ingredient to our culture that attorneys become active members of the business and civic world in which they live. Over the years, Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster has also served as counsel to many of the key trade associations and lobbying firms in the States of New Jersey and New York. This integration with the community makes Genova Burns Giantomasi Webster the right choice for any company that needs a law firm with strong connections "on the ground" in our region.
