After graduating from law school, Susan joined the Budd Larner firm because she felt that it was a flexible firm with a value system that aligned with hers and recognized the need for flexible working arrangements for women attorneys. “I do not view divorce as a failure; you do the best you can and then I try to provide you with a new beginning. Women should rely on three professionals when they are going through a divorce: a good lawyer, a financial advisor and a therapist.”
Susan and her team handle all types of family and matrimonial matters ranging from uncontested marital dissolutions to sophisticated and complex litigation involving, for example, the valuation and distribution of professional practices and business interests and a wide variety of other assets. With diverse supporting specialty departments in such areas as tax, bankruptcy, corporate, real estate and commercial litigation, the Budd Larner team is uniquely equipped to handle all aspects of family and matrimonial related matters.
